Henderson Enterprises of NC products are thoroughly tested and inspected to ensure quality and optimum levels of performance. Our products are warrantied against defects in material and craftsmanship to the original owner for one year following the date of purchase. Exposure to harsh environments requires the products to be thoroughly cleaned with fresh soap and water. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, user negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Slight dulling or fading of the finish over time is a normal occurrence of use and does not constitute a defect in the material.
Our stainless steel products are guaranteed against corrosion and rust, excluding results from cutting, machining, scratching, metal-to-metal contact, or other exposure.
This warranty does not apply to any product which has been damaged through alteration, neglect, or misuse. This warranty is void if any unauthorized person has attempted any repairs. If your product has a defect within the terms of this warranty, you should contact Henderson Enterprises of NC and provide proof of purchase, and we will repair or replace the product at no further cost to you.
In the event of replacement, the replacement item will continue the warranty time of the original item.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
