Message from the Founder Eric Henderson
I am Eric, the founder, and I have always had a passion for grilling. However, I faced a challenge - lacking a suitable grill or smoker to achieve the desired results. Finally, with my wife's approval, I invested in a high-quality grill boasting stainless steel construction, a double burner, and a flame deflector plate for consistent temperature control.
Grilling Inspiration
With my new grill in place, I eagerly set out to grill some ribs. After seasoning the rack with a homemade rub, I carefully placed them on the grill bone down. Following an hour of cooking, I wrapped the ribs in foil and returned them to the grill for an additional two hours.
The Birth of RibLift™
As I attempted to remove the ribs from the foil, they began to fall apart, threatening to ruin my vision of a beautifully presented dish. In a moment of ingenuity, I utilized two sets of tongs to delicately lift the rack from the foil and return it to the grill for finishing. This experience inspired me to develop a solution - the RibLift™.
Engineering Excellence
Over the ensuing months, I tirelessly crafted numerous prototypes, culminating in the sophisticated designs of RibLift™. Fabricated from resilient half-hard spring 301 food-grade stainless steel, these innovative grilling implements boast unparalleled durability, impervious to rust and deformation even under the pressure of crafting the perfect smash burgers. Despite their robust constructions, the blades remain slender, facilitating seamless maneuverabilities for delicate culinary tasks, from flipping fish and burgers to delicately shifting vegetables on Blackstone® griddles.
